Getting Started

After you sign up, our team sets up your job board for you — branding, job categories, and payment settings. You'll get a link to your live board within days, ready to share with employers and your network.

You can run your board on your own domain, like careers.yourschool.edu or jobs.yourcommunity.com. Point a DNS record at Hiredboard and we handle SSL and hosting automatically.

Share your board's employer link and companies can create an account, post jobs, and pay on their own. You can require approval for new postings from your admin dashboard.

You control what employers pay — free, one-time fees, or featured listing upgrades. Pricing can be changed anytime from your dashboard.

Moving from a spreadsheet, email list, or another platform? We'll help you import your existing jobs and job seeker accounts during setup.

Profile & plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans run through the end of the term you signed up for.

Starter includes 10,000 active jobs, 25,000 job seeker accounts, and 2 team members; Pro includes 50,000 active jobs, 100,000 job seeker accounts, and 5 team members. We'll let you know well before you approach a limit.

Employer payments are processed through your connected payments account and paid out to your bank on a rolling basis — Hiredboard never holds your revenue.

Accounts

Invite team members from your admin dashboard to help manage postings, employers, and job seekers. Starter includes 2 team member accounts and Pro includes 5.

Go to Account Settings and choose Change Password, or use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

Update your email from Account Settings. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address before the change takes effect.

Update your card and billing details anytime under Billing in your account settings. Changes apply to your next invoice.

You control which notifications you receive — new postings pending approval, employer signups, payment receipts — from the Notifications tab in settings.
